Option 1

Pay with your card

Use your HSA or FSA debit card at checkout, just like a credit card. It works for visits, copays, and the monthly DPC fee.

Option 2

Pay, then reimburse yourself

Pay with any card, then submit your itemized receipt to your HSA or FSA plan. HSA reimbursements have no deadline as long as you keep the receipt.

When needed

Letter of Medical Necessity

For weight management or RF treatments, your plan may ask for a letter from your physician. Ask Dr. Mbaraonye at your visit.

Keep an itemized receipt

Ask our front desk for one any time. It should show:

  • Patient name
  • Date of service
  • Provider
  • Service or membership period
  • Amount paid

This guide reflects general IRS rules for health savings accounts and health flexible spending accounts as of 2026. Your plan's rules decide what it will pay or reimburse, so check with your plan administrator, and talk with a tax professional about your situation. Luckycharm Primary Care does not provide tax advice.
