Send a message requesting "enrollment in the LCPC DPC program" and our team will follow up.
We'll email your membership agreement packet — review it, sign it, and send it back.
Once we receive your signed agreement, we'll get your welcome appointment on the calendar.

A federal law that took effect January 1, 2026 lets you pay for a qualifying direct primary care membership from your health savings account, and keep contributing to that HSA while you're a member. Our membership is priced under the $150-a-month limit the law sets for an individual.
2026 HSA contribution limits: $4,400 individual, $8,750 family, plus a $1,000 catch-up at age 55+.
2026 health FSA limit: $3,400 per employee. Check your plan's year-end deadline so unused funds aren't lost.

These aren't part of the membership fee, but you can usually pay for them with HSA or FSA funds.
Membership fees qualify for HSA payment only when the total of all your direct primary care memberships stays at or below $150 a month ($300 a month for more than one person). The Luckycharm membership covers primary care services and does not include prescription drugs or outside lab work.
