A valid photo ID, your insurance card, a list of current medications with doses, and any recent records or test results.
Most visits last 20–40 minutes. She reviews your history and goals with you and builds a plan, whether that’s a checkup, a new concern, or a long-term condition.

Yes. Same-day and next-day appointments are available when the schedule allows, in person or by telemedicine. We may accommodate walk-ins based on availability, so please call first.
Yes. Telemedicine visits are available to patients anywhere in Texas. You need to be physically located in Texas at the time of your visit, plus a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.
No. Luckycharm Primary Care serves adults 18 and older only.
Routine lab work isn’t done on-site. When you need labs or imaging, Dr. Mbaraonye places the order, tells you where to go locally, and reviews the results with you. DPC and self-pay patients get discounted lab pricing.
No. We provide non-emergency primary care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
